Beefeater 60554 Discover vaporizer plate that is made of stainless steel designed to fit over the burner even out the heat in conjunction with the cast iron grids giving you an even high intensity heat and when you're cooking the juices drip down onto these and the oil vaporizes and the smoke raises up to flavor the meat..
